Default Dying Idle/Stalling Issue When Shifting/Clutch Depressed

1993 W150 w/360 Magnum and 5 Speed NV4500

For a while now I've ran into the issue that while driving my truck's oil pressure will show a notable drop, and I can hear/feel the truck start dying when I shift, or if I slow down/go to a complete stop after exiting the highway or slowing from speeds of 45/50 mph to a stop. I thought it may be an IAC Motor issue, and I found some sketchy wiring from the previous owner I repaired/replaced... I still have the original IAC and it didn't show any codes when I tested it. But now my research is suggesting that it may be the MAF or TPS sensors, or possibly a vacuum leak. Any one run into a similar issue? Or anyone with greater knowledge than me heard of this issue and how to fix it? It happened on a date and caused the truck to stall while my clutch pedal was fully depressed... so I'm more motivated to fix it than I already was.

Clean the throttle body and iac ports. Carbon builds up and causes idle issues.

I'll give that a shot and hopefully that will resolve the issue.
