Default Fuel and speedometer gauges not working correctly.

Hello. I have a 91 w250. Is there anyway to fix the speedometer and fuel gauges?

Depends on what the problem is. But, that said, highly likely you can. Just need to figger out WHY they don't work.

Is the speedometer is cable driven or is it electronic?

90+ is electronic, yet there are all mechanical drive from the trans/tcase.
