1989 318 TBI High Idle and Cold Stalling
Hi I have a 1989 W150 with a 318 la
Completely stock and untouched 318 tbi that I believe it all original from the factory
It has always had issue with stalling in the cold but now it has gotten much worse, stalls when warming up if you try to take off from a stop. If you start it and put it in either drive or reverse it will stall the second you touch the gas
Now the new problem it decided to create is an extremely high idle, probably twice the rpms it should be, enough to make it shake when you shut it off, idles at 27mph according to a speed sign and the speedometer
Not sure what this is; any help would be appreciated.
