Default Intake manifold problem

hi fellow dodgers! i was wondering if someone could help me out with a slight problem i have been having. Im trying to put a edelbrock performer intake on my 318, its number 3776, supposed to fit, the holes line up but the intake bolts seem to wanna go in crooked. is there anything you guys can recomend to help me get the intake seated right so that the bolds go in straight? i'd appreciate any help. thanks!
