85 ram 50 fuel mixture screw missing!

i can't find it anywhere. i believe that the screw should be here (see below) the haynes books not helping much 'cept for maybe pointing out that my screw is missing. any suggestions? am i looking in the wrong spot?

Those had concealed adj screws. The little plate had to be drilled off the carb. Look into the hole further, the screw should be in there.
