Signs of a bad O2 Sensor?
I am just going to start a MySpace account for my truck, otherwise the 1st Gen Ram forum will need renamed "Garrett's Truck Forum".
Today when I was leaving work I romped on the loud pedal to break loose the rear tires and lay some strips, but my truck had other ideas. Instead it bogged down and coughed, then stalled coasting to the side of the parking lot. Sounds like my O2 Sensor right? It runs very rich anyways, so when I romped on it maybe the O2 sensor cut it lean to quickley and starved it of fuel? She's got brand new edelbrok (spelling?) air cleaner, plugs, wires, rotor and cap.
What else could it be? You guys know the horror story I have been living maybe this is the end all solution?

It sounds like the O2 Sensor went out. I put headers on my 1991 Dodge Ram D-150 and forgot to put the O2 Sensor back in. The truck ran like crap. The only way it would clear up was to gun it. After I let off it would try to die on me. But I got that fix it runs great now. Heres my truck if you want to take a look. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2214774
No cat. Straight pipe to cheap *** ghetto muffler then a turn down.
COuld the bad O2 sensor casue it to stall when I floor it form a dead stop? Running to rich becasue of a bad O2 so it cut it to lean when it sensed WAY to much fuel so it starved the motor? Or is my logic flawed?

Is there an easy way to test an O2 sensor? Piggy backing with an ohm-meter or voltometer? Or does it sound alot like thats what it is? O2 sensors arn't as cheap as plug and wires unfortunatly... lol...
