looking at a truck with a ctd in it for 2000. Only thing that is holding me back is the roof had a rust bubble in it, and i poked it through, and also the front of the cab where the windshield meets is starting to rust. Should i be worried about this or no, and what is involved in fixing this?

 

Well you might want to wire brush that rusted area and power wash or scrub with household detergent and water. Before you may apply any restoration paint.
