MyGig Pinout?
I tried wriing up a headrest mounted monitor to the MyGig tonight using the VES outputs but couldn't seem to get the right pins connected.
I think the mistake was made when I assumed the Nitro's MyGig had the same pinout as the Avenger's.
The pinout I tried to used was posted here (Nitro forum):

The other thing I'm not sure of is if these outputs are active even though the car does not have the stock rear video system?
Has anyone ever done this?
Here are the details:
1) I took a standard composite Video / Audio cable and cut the RCA ends off. I then wired on three female wire terminals.
2) I did not wire up the video common line (Does this matter?)
3) I did not wire up the audio return lines either
Basically I took the video wire and placed it on all the C3 connector pins (see image below) to see if one was active as video. No luck.
Any ideas? One thing I did notice was the Avenger's MyGig radio has a third small farka type connector on the back of the radio, which leads me to believe this radio is different than the Nitro's radio (seems stupid, I know since it should be a common part).

I have a question. I don't want to spend $200 on lockpick. My question is can I add a video in cable to my REN player following by this connector pin drawing? I want to use my iphone as a player, and watch on the ren screen. Is it possible? Do I have to ask a dealer to open VES option? How much they will charge?
