Default HID installation help

ok so im new on the site and i thought maybe some body would be able to help me out with my problem please and thank you.

so i got the 2008 avenger and im trying to install HID lights and they hook up just fine but the problem is when i start the car the lights flash on and off like some reason theres not enough power to them i thought maybe it was a fuse and i cant figure out which fuse runs the headlights and the manual doesnt specify which one powers the headlights...

I saw this on the Magnum Forum. Sounds like you may need a relay or capacitor.

Do you have a car manual? It will be given clearly which fuse powers what. Else if you don't have, you wil get the manual online.
