Default 2013 Avenger Help!!!

Guys,
Im sure this is posted in the wrong area, however maybe a mod will relocate it for me. Heres my dilemma. . I have a 2013 Dodge Avenger SXT V6, Blacktop. I bought HIDs for the low beams and for the Fogs, YEP here we go your saying!!! I KNOW !! The issue is my Fogs are causing a "No Bus" display on my cluster. I know its my Fogs because I installed the low beams and ran them for weeks without issues, once installed the Fogs this issue has arisen. NOW, It seems to only happen when I turn the lights all the way off, then turn them back on. Heres the whole story. . I installed the Fogs, put my valance back on and backed the car out of my garage. I turned the key off and locked my garage door, then went back to my car and tried to start it. The dash lights ALL blinked and dinged. . I had No signals, no wipers, no nothing, except for low beams. I turned the car off, popped the hood and disconnected the battery - resetting the system. I then drove the car down the road to the store, got in started the car turned my lights on and you guessed it!!! I have already reversed polarity with no avail. I have not ordered any decoders beings Im trying to determine any others with this issue before I throw money at it. Im very well mechanically inclined and have read all voltages, resistance. . HOWEVER I have yet to rip my dash out or mess with the bus controller and or the ECU. The issue has only arisen with the Fogs which is why they are temporarily disconnected until I fix this issue.

Please anybody with any experience with these would be appreciated. They are XENTEC 35Watt 6,000K Bulbs direct plug and play no splices no resistors, no error eliminators. THEY DO NOT FLICKER OR QUIT ON ME, EVEN THE FOGS LIGHT UP WHEN YOU TURN THEM ON. . It seems im getting backfeed from the ballasts, would decoders solve my issue? FEEL FREE TO TEXT ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR IF YOU HAVE ANY HELP TO LEND. . 570-974-SevenEightEightSix
