Default 2013 Avenger 2.4 vs 3.6

Any known problems with the 13s? is it easy to add the fog lights to a new 2013 Avenger. They are running some great deals on them right now.

nope, the 2.4l has proven to be one of the most reliable engine out there (as long as you do your oil change regularly).

The 3.6l had cylinder head problems on 2011-early 2012, but it seem like Chrysler has fixed the problem.

However, I believe a 2.4l will out last the 3.6.

The Avenger/C-200 has been out for sometime, and it has been a quite reliable vehicle all around. maybe some dumb electrical failure here and there once in a while like any other car. But I don't think you will be disappointed.

Fog lamp kit takes maybe 1-2 hours to install, and requires Dealers to reprogram the body control module after installation.

Thanks for the info about the 2.4. Not all the 2013 have the newly designed 3.6. CR has not been kind to Chrysler products. I will test drive four other vehicles from different manufactures before I make a decision. I need a reliable car with a track record of excellence.

Thanks for your valuable input.
