Was having issues with my 2008 avenger (2.4 l sxt) and was reading code p2112. Had the problem fixed and my car is running as good as new. I will save everyone the headaches of trying to figure out how to fix this code. We replaced the throttle body and put in a new throttle body gasket and air filter. After my father in law tore the old throttle body apart he discovered there was a large build up of oil. Even cleaning it would not fix this so if it gets that bad that your vehicle is reading the code p2112 (throttle actuator) stuck closed than you will need to replace the whole unit.
