Just bought a 2010 Avenger with UCoonect capabilities. I'm lost as to why it won't connect. I have an iPhone 5c, but I've tried with an android as well. When I hit the "call" button on the radio, it says "Ucconnect failed" or something of that nature. Any tips would be appreciated!

 

Are you sure it has U-Connect? because some of them are sold as "U-Connect ready", which means it is expandable. Even if you have the U Connect button, it doesn't mean your car has U connect.
