My ride is sitting around 150 000 km. My transmission fluid is a little dark. I'm looking to do a flush but would a flush do harm to an automatic tranny or not. The real question is; is that a myth or am I just crazy letting my tranny kill itself?

 

A fluid and filter change would be the way to go. It shouldn't hurt a thing.
