Default Avenger shuts off while driving

Hi guys,
I have a 2013 Dodge Avenger SXT 2.4L. The car just randomly shuts off while driving. I’ve had the alternator and battery tested and both checked good. Took it to a local mechanic that I trust and he had it for 4 days. He couldn’t find anything wrong. I picked it up from him and it drove fine for a couple of days until it died while I was on the highway. The car gives no warning or codes. I’ve removed the TIPM and thoroughly examined it and didn’t find anything wrong. I’ve checked the voltage on my battery with the car off and under load and everything checks out. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Gee,

So sorry to learn of your problems on your 2013 Dodge AVENGER and sorry that no one as of yet has tried to help you here.

When you say "Randomly" does it shut down when you take your foot OFF the accelerator (Gasoline Pedal) ?
If so, then my guess is it could be your AVENGER's Air Idle Control System / Valve.

Faulty idle air control actuator: The idle air control actuator controls the engines RPMs when it is idling. This actuator receives information from the electronic control unit (ECU) so it knows at what RPM to keep the engine for a smooth and safe idle. When the actuator malfunctions, the engine gets no signal for idling speed and stops working.

Additionally,

Clogged or restricted EGR Valve: If your EGR valve is clogged, dirty, or defective it can cause your car to stall, idle erratically, or sputter, depending on whether it is stuck open or closed.

It's been a little while but for me it ended up being the battery connections in the wheel well were not crimped fully. I ended up soldering new connections on and haven't had any issue since. Still have the car and it drives fine.
