I lost my only key today and had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership. They did not have my key in stock, and later told me it was going to be $230 for the key/fob and if I wanted them to program it I'd be looking at spending a total of $377 before taxes! I don't have that kind of money, what's the procedure to program the new key without the original?
