@98DAKAZ - you rock, thanks for the heads up! I never though about tracking down connectors to replace the ones that may be giving me trouble. This opens up a lot of options for me in regards to the electrical issues on my Dakota.

www.mouser.com/fci
www.ttiinc.com

these are the only two authorized dealers of the delphi connectors that are used on the dakotas here are the terminals that i ordered for a 10 pin connector http://www.ttiinc.com/page/search_re...?s=876288630_5
there .70 cents each with no minimum and here is the page to order the connectors this would make building the sonnax mod alot easier and cheaper just need to find the resistance of the wire used for each plug but to crimp these terminals you need something better then the cheap ones most people have you pretty much need a good ratchiting crimper to get the tight enough hope this helps somebody the ttiinc company is very helpful and reasonable to take these connectors apart theres a blue in my case piece in the plug take a pair of needle nose and pull it out it will fight a little its a tight fit the take a terminal removal tool or screwdriver and lift the tap and the wire will pull out or fall out if you have any questions ill try and help
