superchips question
Hello all, I've got a 98 dakota sport with a 5.2L auto. I'm going to be going with a 3inch body lift and 285/75/r16 tires on it, and was wondering if a Superchips would be worth having around. I would like to have one for the simple fact I can caliberate my speedo to the bigger tires, and it checks for error codes, but I was also wondering if it was worth it for the HP/Torque setups. I know the bigger tires will affect my HP and torque, and would having the programmer let me change them to run the new tires with the same power I have with OEM size? I'm just trying to find how beneficial the programmer is. Also is it easy to use? I know you can download new settings off the website for them. And don't want to spend the $300 if it's something i'll only use once in a blue moon. thanks!
