yup. there is a pdf file on the 3rd gen page on a diy cam install.

Dude USPS fails everytime. I had my mother mail my flash drive to me at school. I got a torn envelope with nothing in it. It was in a plastic bag saying sorry we damaged your package your **** out of luck now.

But I can't wait to hear how it goes and how much of a difference it makes.

Now Im gonna start shopping...ha! Told my dad I'll need the lift for suspension work...now we'll see if he will be convinced I will need to do a cam install...maybe ill wait till spring...

Oh yea...what are the models that will bolt in...obviously grand cherokee with the 4.7...of course, I could probably look this up, but figure you guys might have a quick answer. any VIN specs or just any of the Jeeps with a 4.7? Did they have a non-HO version? just want to know what to keep my eyes open for..mabye ill find a few pairs....

i THINK that the J vin means is an ho. and the N vin is non.

There are tons of non HO jeeps out there. It started in 02 and ended in 04. I know in one model they came standard but can remember which. They never came in larados just from limited and higher.

I know where some cams and throttle body is for pretty cheap. I was tempted but im new and just not sure if i want to get into modding the motor. They are brand new, located in MS.
