Well been a little over a month since I got my sct. So far its been great and has improved my mpg. I am currently running 93 tune on 89 gas seemed to be fine when I had 87 in it but I think I can feel a little bit of difference with the 89 gas. I've been happy with my truck till last weekend when a exhaust leak came out of nowhere. It sounds like major crap!!

I got back from camp a couple days ago thats why I wasnt around not even any cell service, so no 3g coverage either! Here is how dirty my truck was from camp Dirt road is about 3 miles long luckily for me its smooth so I had no problem doing 45 on it lol

It doesnt look as bad since we got a little bit of rain before I decided to wash it. My inside was just as bad too.

haha nice man, the shot of your rims that were coverd with dust and dirt, thats what mine were permanently like, i couldnt get that off. sweet bear too! ever get around to installing that 180tstat?

 

No still looking for my cheap y pipe too. I think im going to get another section of pipe and just weld up my own. I can get another 3 foot secion of pipe for 4.00 that is still cheaper than ebay lol

 

Truck looks good. Can't even tell the rims are black in the first few pics lol. And there's your typical Duramax, sitting on the side of the road, on fire. Hahahaha jk. I've never seen a car/truck on fire, but once I saw an 18 wheeler on it's side. I took a pic i'll try to find it.

 

Yeah I know that dust was really on there too. Thats a typical chevy for ya haha jk my buddy just picked up a 05 4 dr silverado with a duramax has k&n intake and magnaflow turbo back exhaust, new bfg a/t's paid 18k for it and it only has 98k on it!!! I said that guy must be stupid to get rid of it for that low of a price. He said nope his wife got it in the divorce. I said damn I would of went and got a loan just to buy it and resale it lol. Ill have to get a pic of it next time its a really good looking truck.

Yeah I always have a hard time getting my wheels clean and drying my hood, because our water sucks here and leaves spots. But yeah I bet it's nice, and that's a great deal. I have nothing against chevys, I just don't like the newest gen. And I prefer Dodges. Diesel wise, if there could ever be a Ford F250/350 body (99-07 gen) with a 12 valve cummins and allison transmission, that would be the god of trucks. Only in my dreams lol.
