Exhaust Smell & Bogging

Exhaust Smell & Bogging
I have a 2003 Dakota 2WD V6. A couple of years ago the check engine came on for the O2 sensor. I replaced it. My truck has been bogging down, ususlly during the first 30the seconds fron starting it and whdn I'm starting to go. Once I am going or if I take off real fast after starting it, it wont bog down. But once it bogs down it does it for 10 seconds or so. I have posted before but I haven't seen anyone say if they fixed it. I read it is probably the O2 sensor or EVG air sensor. Has anyone corrected this issue & which one fixed it.
Also just recently I have noticed a smell coming from the exhaust. I think its gas so it might be running rich. I'm not getting any codes. I don't know if this is part of the previous issue or seperate. If the O2 sensor goes bad can it cause it to run rich & maybe the bogging is to much gas which also explains the smell. Any help is great, Thanks.
