Who's ready for winter?
Everyone in here ready for winter? I personally love it and love driving in the snow. Next weekend I'll be rotating the tires (putting the good ones, with less wear on the back), changing the oil, cleaning my air filter, fixing my fan (heat will be nice), and doing a full cleaning of the interior and I'll be ready. Getting the studded snow's mounted on my wife's car this week (a set of Firestone Winterforce's almost brand new for $140 on Craigslist!). Up here in Northern NY, winter is long and cold, but I enjoy it.
Just seeing if anyone else is excited for winter like I am. I know most people enjoy summer more, but I really do love winter...

Yeah Dodgeramguy,
You have a beautiful truck.
I tried to take good care of my truck when I first got it... Now I notice its rusting in like 6 different spots.
Oh its amazing how much interest you lose in your vehicle when there irreparable
damage - haven't washed my truck in 4 months hahaha

Thanks she gets lots of compliments! When I had my dakota I bought it with known rust problems. I told myself I will never ever do that again. It was nice cause if I get a scratch or 2 on it I didnt really care. My ram now I get mad if I ever get a scratch or ding on it. The only thing good about getting a nice truck is I dont take it off road like every weekend. Usually its just to camp or the cabin which isnt anymore than a 1/2 mile of dirt road. Plus the price wasnt that cheap so its a little bit more incentive to keep it nice. I know it will eventually wear off but im sure not for the next few years.
Some photos from previous winters...

You gotta love a good snowstorm. I put the winters on already, Firestone Winterforce, no studs. These tires kick some a$$ in the snow. Let the skiing begin!

I love the snow, can't wait for some. I always drive around during storms just for the sake of driving in the snow...just something about it that makes it so much fun haha.
But I have all my gear packed and ready to go in my truck...shovel, supplies, and recovery items for when people offer to pay me to pull them out of a snow drift
