I have an 03 dakota 4x4 quadcab and I was thinking of getting LED brake lights,turn signals, and parking lights etc* 3157 bulbs. I have heard about hyperflashing problems with these bulbs on the ram but I haven't heard of anything with the dakota. does anyone know if this will be an issue. I understand there are some designated brake/turn signal bulbs available but are they necessary?

When I installed LED brake lights in my truck I got the "hyperflash". You have to get a resistor to slow down the current. Using the resistor mimicks having a regular bulb.
