Hi all.
I have been hoovering around this forum as a guest for a while and now have joined as i got serious about hunting down a 2nd gen dakota. I am looking beyond my state lines as it is very difficult to find a 4x4 dakota with a manual transmission here in Minnesota.

I am interested in a couple dakotas that are over 1K miles away and was wondering if anyone on this board lives around those areas and may be willing to do me a solid and check them out for me? The last one i believe is actually in Denton not Dallas and i can get an address if someone is around that area.

That's funny! I passed on 2 Dakotas in September in the northern suburbs because I wanted an automatic! Have you tried carsoup.com? That's where I did most of my hunting

 

The second link looks pretty nice (the red club cab). It's practically my exact truck. Personally, I wouldn't even consider a regular cab, but I'm a pretty big guy.
