Well as long expected for months now. My 4.7 has passed on, at almost 247,000 miles. Unfortunately due to the absurd amount of miles she has racked up, I will probably not spend the money to replace the engine. I've got college to pay for and a new engine is too much. So my Dakota is dead, and with it I must bid yall a farewell.

But to yall who have Cummins. I shall see you one day again but I'll be packing a Duramax. As the next vehicle I have lined up to buy is a Classic 2007 Chevy Silverado 3500, Crew Cab, Long bed. She'll be replacing my Dakota when the time comes. I'm kind of upset to be leaving dodge as it is the manufacturer I've grown up with. I'll miss yall and I'll drop in occasionally and say hi and leave some two cents.

Farewell, one day I shall be back again.
