Default I like having a part-time spool and I cannot lie,

and third gear burnouts I cannot deny.

I should have shot a video. Speedometer was registering 80 MPH, both sides spinning, truck turned a little sideways but I was holding it straight with the wheel. Had to lift after about 100 feet

I didnt get to make any test passes and I have $20 and a quarter tank of gas to my name, so I won't be running the mopar-only race this weekend.

But I had a friend offer me some chassis dyno time. He tunes german race cars. The V6 is rated at 225 ft-lb @ 3200 and 175 HP @ 4800. If I had to guess, I'm around 250 ft-lb and 195 HP, maybe very low 200's.

Sounds like fun Magnet. I'd love to see a dyno report.

me too, that's why i told him i'll take that offer and run with it. He also has a set of DOT slicks he offered me if I can find a pair of 15" dakota wheels to mount them on. I just dont have room to keep them.

And I think the biggest improvement was by far the 4.10's- even though they didn't help make more power, they help it get to the ground a whole lot more efficiently.

before I tuned & modded it, I took it against the speed limiter, it was something like 4,000 RPM in 4th gear, i forget how many MPH. I had hemifever bump it way up. Now I don't think i could even make it there, i'd be on the redline in 4th from the 4.10's.

I don't have a good number at the track because I've always broke loose, thus the spool being put in. The best time I have is 10.86 in the 1/8 at 60 something MPH spinning the right rear. Goal is to break the 9's and barely qualify for the electronics class so i can put a box in it. I haven't hit the track since then.

I was just wondering because the top speed on my truck is 105 mph.
