I bought a three window PB coupe in the 50's. Yes, those years really did exist. Still haveit. Took my first son home from the hospital in it. Laid him behind the seat on the shelf. Always been torn between mofifying it or leaving it stock. Had a poly 277 in it for many years with a Grahm-Page manual shift overdrive and free wheeling transmission. Presently I am looking for any poly engine, Plymouth, Dodge, etc., that is rebuildible to put in our 2004 4 door Dakota. Going old school. Few electronics, only HEI and unit to control OD on a 42rh transmission. Will probably have many questions. First I need to find an engine. Very scarce in South Georgia.
Anyone know of one or a place that might have one or some, information would be greatly appreciated.
