Default I need to lower a 2002 Dodge Dakota that has been lifted

I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota 4x4 that has been lifted. I looked under the truck and I can see that a body lift kit was used but I’m not sure about the front end. How high can the front be lifted with the torsion bar? Can a after market bar be used to raise it higher?

You can only get 2 or 3 inches out of the torsion bars, before you start running into other problems. Mainly, ball joint angles...... (not to mention CV shaft angles.....) What size tires are on it? And why do you want to remove the lift?

Default Tire size

Tire size: 315/75-R16
I need to lower it because of our age. We can hardly get up in it but it also makes for a rougher ride. Steering is worse because the tie rod ends are at an angle.

Those aren't gonna fit if you take out the lift.......
