2000 Dakota 3.9 Cranks but not starting
Just today!!
I changed the water pump on this truck, about a 4-hour job. Got in and tried to start it. It would crank and crank but would not start. I am out of reasons why it won't start.
Any and all help is appreciated by this old man!!
(A little extra. I actually changed the water pump 3 days ago. Filled it up with coolant and water. Three minutes later it was leaking from a bolt. Tried tightening it, but no help. Bought another gasket. And the story above is where I am.)

There are a couple of fat ground wires that bolt to the engine, make sure that they are indeed grounded, and have a clean, tight connection. I *think* there are a couple that go to one of the bolts for the bracket the power steering pump is in.
