abs indicator light is always on

I am selling my fathers truck, he passed away last month.
The ABS indicator light is always on, the dealer toldhim that it needed a whole new computer. I would like some advice regarding how much it would cost someone to fix this, as I need to know what to sell it for. The truck is mint, always garaged, never hauled ANYTHING and he only plowed his own driveway. He has a Mustang convertable that he drove in the summer, and this was his winter truck.
Is $7,000 a fair price with the ABS thing?

that's fine, I have someone coming tonight, tomorrow and sunday. I also have 3 more people who want me to call them on monday if it doesn't sell. I really wanted to know approximately how much to sell it for. I didn't want to go much lower than $7000. My dad would kill me if I sold it for less than it's worth.
yea i would have offered you 6500, but thats about the most i can squeeze out of my budget right now so thats why your price is right about average, you could probably go a little bit lower, mayber 6500 just because the problem light, but thats just my .02
I would say around 7 is about right. I would see if you can fix the problem cheap and you could get a bit more for it. if you know anyone that is good with cars I would call on them.
and does it have a plow on it? that might raise the value a lit bit. or scare off some buyers
and sorry to hear about your dad. mine passed away 2 1/2 years ago. I got the 88 dak passed on to me. and its falling apart now, but its the only thing I have left from him. so I'm trying to keep it alive
