sorry its my dads truck i dont have access to his manual, and he only has 58000 miles on the truck, and this is his first set of brakes, he drives all highway to and from work, i will run these ideas by him and let you know what we do and what works

those were taken from the shop/ repair manual... hmm... did you have those rotors cut when you did the brake job, or are they still the same ones?... cause it does sound like they weren't machined correctly

yes they were cut at the store, and no they were not cut by some kid, they were cut by the guy who has been working there for as long as i can remeber and we have never had any problems with rotors that they cut in the past so as much as thats a good idea, and would explain the pulsing, becuase we use reputable store, i doubt that thats the case

well no multiple fast stops that i know of, but i thought the same thing rotors heated up faster and warped already, it started doing it after we changed them which was after like 2 weeks of no rain or snow, and they are still the orinional rotors, this is the first time we replaced the brakes, and it is NOT a ford

yea thats the only thing i can think of, is bad rotors.. cut bad or actually warped... i know it isnt very money savvy but whenever i do brakes i always replace the rotors just to make sure there not screwed up.. hell i cant complain, factory set lasted me 62k miles, thats with alot of constant stop and go traffic and highway miles.. waiting for my order of all new rotors, pads, shoes, drums, and spring set to come in for chrysler.. haha you should feel how my truck stops now.. vibrates like a bastard
