Default 2000 Dakota 4.7

Ok new O2 sensors, now I'm throwing code P0171. Lean bank 1(Left) Any suggestions?

you did change them, if so with oem or universal...

Im not sure. They are from Napa Auto parts.Is there something I should have known?
Oh yeah, I also replaced plugs, and cleaned throttle body. Everything was caked black. I running a can of seafoam in tank right now. Blowing black smoke and can smell the fumes in exhaust.

i know some of the cleaners out there can harm sensors even though they claim to be safe for o2 sensors.
