Default Horn and Radio volume

My mother came to me today and told me her volume on her radio just randomly dropped by about half and she had to turn it up to a much higher level just to be able to hear it. Also I don't know if it is realted but she said her horn has a different pitch to it now it sounds really high pitched. I did some searching around and I couldn't find anything on it. Any ideas?

Info on truck:
2001 Dakota SLT Quad Cab
Infinity sound system
3.9L V6 5-speed
Has about 52,000 miles on it.

The horn has a high note horn and a low note horn. Sounds like the low note horn is either dead or has a loose connection. Check the wiring connections at the horn and clean them up with some sandpaper. It used to happen alot on my 240. The horn is located in the front and takes alot of abuse from the elements.
