Default wheels?

ok, i am kinda new here and i am looking for some info. i have a 2000 dakota 3.9 regular cab. love the truck and am wanting to put some new rims on it. what size can i fit without having any problems? 17's? or bigger? i am thinking more about 17's or 18's assuming they make them. that kinda shows how much i know about wheels. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

are you going low-pro or regular A/T's?

almost forgot.. are we talking 4x4 or 2x4? I'm assuming you are going for the low-pros and it is two wheel drive since you mentioned 17's or 18's.... if that's the case, I can't really help but I can tell you if your getting A/T's, I think the biggest you'd be able to get under there without cutting/mod'ing are 31x10.50x15.

in that case, you may want to check into something like pitkanen44flyerssaid and pick up some RT rims. There are some nice rims out there for trucks, the hardest thing about it though, at least I think, is looking at a rim with no tire on it,and trying to picture what it would look like on the truck before you pay $6-800 for them then find out you don't like them on the truck..
