2.25i think... just measure it...and dont buy a cherry bomb after oh 6 months it will have the crap inside ratling ect..

 

ok ill measure it and i just want something on it and i like how it sounds on there site over the summer i play on getting one in two out duals with a hooker aerochamber put on i just want something cheap right now that i can rig together myself.

 

in that case throw in a piece of flex pipe in...be cheaper if ur gna just redo it...

 

my 98 the previous owner was a MAJOR smoker and you couldnt bear to sit in the truck. Drove it for a week with the windows down. then no one could tell anyone had ever lit up in it.

 

thanks for the tip dakotalover hopefully between that and the cleaning the detailer does i wont be able to smell it at all and yea i have a piece of extra flex pipe laying around maybe ill have to experimenthaha we'll see ill let you guys know how everything comes thru then.

 

I bought my 2000 dak quad with the 4.7 in it. Got it at an auction. paid $5000. I expected to put about $5000 more into it. Not the case. One high pressure power-steering hose. and 8 plugs later. I still have a great running truck. Oh it had 164000 on it when I bought it. It now has 182000. Definitely a good engine. But be careful.

 

So I finally bought the truck today. Here's the full details: 2000 Extended Cab, Dark Green, 90,300 miles, 4.7 V8, 5 spd manual, 4x4, Cruise, Power Doors, Power Mirrors, Power Windows, Snap on bed cover, Tow package, Completly detailed inside and out really glad they did this completly changed my opinion from when we first saw the truck, Brand new tires, new front shocks, oil change, pulled a small ding out of the right rear bumper right on the corner nothing big, Think thats it so overall it is a really nice truck can't wait to pick it up first thing Saturday morning..hopefully then after that ill post some pics of it. paided 10,140 after tax and tags for it but for all they did to it and the shape its in i feel it is completly worth it.
