no you are correct i did photoshop the picture, the engine was off when that picture was taken and i photoshoped the needles into the places that they are, engine off w/ key on so i only had to do 3 of the needles, but yea i didnt actually take a pic while driving

sorry about jacking your thread, but we dont know what truck ur driving, or which tranny is in it, or much of anything about it, so we could use some more information then maybe some more ideas

 

its 98 dak auto. Im pretty clueless about it, like i said before when i jacked the rear end up and spun the tires i could hear it around the transmission, like a metallic screeching as the tire is turned.

 

anyone?

 

maybe take it to a tranny shop..... tranny noises are hard to solve if your not right there hearing it.




speaking of which, I gotta take mine in, I found out my knocking/rattling noise is commin from the tranny, I think its the tourque converter or flywheel.

 

How bout wheel or axle bearing?

 

hmm deffinitly not. Its absolutly comming from the tranny or transfercase. I guess if it isnt causing any problems i shouldnt worry about it. just slightly annoying
