Default Well I did a body lift~

Ok so I bought this body lift back in December and couldn't really decide if I wanted to put it on. Well I finally did last week and I think it looks pretty sweet. The truck was new to me in October, bought it stock, having sold a Silverado Crew Cab this truck is awesome.
It's a 2000 QC
5.9, CAI and a Single ExhaustFlowmaster and 31x10.5 sneakers.
All in all an easy job no complications although I did not show a pic but I also had to customize the Reese hitch to raise it with the body as well.

I would have posted the pics directly but couldn't figure out how to resize.

Yeah, it looks good. An inch taller on the tires and you'll be set. It doesn't look bad with the 31's but some 32's would look killer on it.

Yeah definately some bigger tires next!

I can get a pic of the engine bay and post it. It,lltake a day or so but I will get here.

A 1-10 scale of difficulty I would say a 5-6 it was pretty easy. I work 2nd shift so I did the cab one morning took about 4 hrs and I did the bed the next day which took about 1.5 hrs. The hitch took a little while I had to cut it and remount it. I just couldn't stand leaving that thing hanging under the rear so low (did that the third day) but it looks good now.

Ebay - Performance Accessoreis is the brand there on there all the time it cost around $ 210 shipped. All parts included - Everything. The only thing they don't tell you when purchasing is there is a small amount of welding to do. They supply some metal supports for under the bed over the wheel well that need to be tack welded in place and the transfer case shifter arm has to be removed cut and a supplied extension has to be welded in.
Also there are gap guards as they are called which can be purchased seperately to cover the gap in the wheel wells. It is also quite easy to make these yourself.

You know it's all done one side at a time I just used a floor jack with a 6x6 block and lifted her up blocked it and moved to the other side. All in my driveway it's really easy. What ever works best for ya.
