overheating

I would think your water-pump is on it's way out.
Also, check for water in your oil,.. Let the truck sit over night.
Crack loose the oil drain-plug a bit. See if water comes out 1st.
Pull your oil-cap, See if your making milk-shakes in there.
Did you put the Thermostat in backwards? Did you burb the system??
Is your fan kicking on like it should???
