Hey guys the guy that i bought my truck from (00 r/t cc) just welded on a cherry bomb and dumped it under the truck. I wanna relpace it with a 40 series but i just plan to clamp it on for now. What size inside diameter or outside diameter am i looking for? About 1 1/2 ft from the cat?

 

Not sure on the pipe size, cuz i dont know what you have. Minestock setup was2.5" and i have a 4.7. Are you going to dump the 40 series or run it all the way back?? With you muffler only being a 1 1/2' from the cat, i would think it would be really loud in the cab if you dont run it all the way back.

As far as size-you'll just have to get under the truck and measure it.
