Last night i had to do alot of driving and i drove my truck pretty much to E because there was no gas station around that was open around 12 last night. So i got 272 miles on my last tank. The truck is a 99' reg. cab 4x4 with a 318. What is the farthest everyone else went on one tank?

well i'll answer you i get 320 to 360 depending on how i drive i have the 22 gallon tank though hopefully you have the 16-17 somewhere around there tank because if you have the big one i feel sorry for your wallet

 

If i'm not mistakin, i have the 20. I think i have that because if i fill up from a 1/4 tank, 17 gallons go in. And i read in the manuel that when the gas light comes on, thats when you have 3 gallons left in the tank. Lol. correct me if im wrong...

 

i get 300 but thats with the go fast stickers and new muffler belt...

 

Hi everyone. I just got my 04 Crew Cab 4.7L 4x4 a couple weeks ago. On my second tank I went about 370 miles on 20 gallons. That worked out to be about 18.5 mpg doing about 60-65 mph for most of it. It sucked putting in $60 of gasoline afterward though.

 

my 2000 v6 gets near enough 400 miles highway sitting at 55-60

average of 26 uk mpg highway/18 uk mpg city.
