ha. my quad cab 360 4x4 dakota is currently getting about 11mpg. It's been demoted to 2nd vehicle position, and will get replaced by something more fitting - ideally a cummins powered Ram with a 5-speed. I may wind up getting a 10' box van though, as it might be more of what I need. If I can find one with a stupid Stroke anyway. I'd like to stay away from gassers, but every 10' box I've found so far has a 5.4 in it.[:@]

On my '99 V6 4x4 auto extended cab, if I go with expressway/city mix I get just under 16 in the warmer months, closer to 14ish in the colder months. If I go 55mph back roads mixed with city then I get closer to 18 in warmer weather.

01' Dakota 4x4 club cab 4.7L 5spd, manual 100K miles - still 16 - 20mpg. I know it is not a v6 but just thought I would throw it in for ya.

My '99 318 get's 14.5 on the highway at 60 mph. That's holding that pedal rock-steady on flat ground.

I've been feeling kind of bad about the average 15 mpg I get with my 4.7 V8 (quad cab), but sounds like it's pretty normal. LOVE the truck, though!
