Some jerk tried to steal my 2000 dakota the other day. They broke the glow ring etc. Now my high beam warning light is on and wont shut off and my running lights will not shut off even though the key is out of the ignition. Here is the weird part. I totally disconnected the wiring in the steering column and the lights are still on. What gives

found out the running light module is no good

 

well id be glad the glow ring is out that thing does nothing but **** me off every time i go inside at night and look out at the truck i think the lights are on inside, id leave that out, sorry, had to rant, and no i cannot help you
