Guys...I have a 1999 Dodge Dakota that I love...the blower motor only works sometimes....when it does work, all speeds work as well. Where is the blower motor and how do I replace it...please give me instructions.

Also, can someone tell me where to look for the blower motor resistor...I checked on the firewall on the passenger side and its not there.
