Use a blow dryer. I had to do this to remove a decal on a diffrent vehicle but I assume the same would work with the window tint?

 

I was thinking about just slapping it on over it but I am afraid that if the first layer splits some more underneath that it will make the top layer split along with it. I will more than likely just take it off. My hasent split too many times and should be able to take it off in large chuncks. We'll see.
