Default delayed shifting 2nd to 3rd

Have fixed problem with 98 dak - delayed shifting, abs lighton, brake light on.
Son has a 92 dak. similiar problem. replaced speed sensor on trans. worked for awhile. noticed similiar sensor on rear axle on 92 as on 98. would replacing this sensor cure problem as on 98? where do I get one?

Delayed shifting is maybe due to the TV cable or bands. Could also be govoner and solinoid. Speed sensor might do this, but I think that you would get a code if it were to this. Try resetting the computer.

I worked on a 1500 one time that had the speed sensor in the differential housing, where the speed sensor for sum reason spacked the tone ring on the bull gear, and just chewd it up. the truck didn't throw a code beleiv it or not, they just had a bad diff. leak.
