out of control speedometer

Default out of control speedometer

my speedometer is broken, what it dose is when im driving it jumps all over the place. any one have the same problem? any ideas?

yea that or you could try the rearwheel speed sensor as it is what the speedo uses to calculate speed,

Sounds like a speed sensor to me.

yea its on top of the rear differential and it just pulls out, easier to do on a lift, and be careful not to break it off in there and lose it there is another post in here w/ better directions if you can find it try a search
