Default Horn quit working

I went to honk at a deer last night and the horns didnt work in my 03 Dakota. They worked the other day, but now I have nothing. The fuse and the relay are both fine and the wiring is intact. What could I be looking at for a fix? And is it possible to do any of this stuff at home, or is it a dealer thing? Thanks

Is your cruise control working? You might want to check the connections running to your steering wheel.

I dont have cruise in there. My airbag started to get nutty a while back, so I pulled the fuse, so could there be a connection with the two? I pushed the fuse in the other night for the bags, and now I have no horn. Possible its the clock spring? And BTW, that is an awesome 56 you have pictured, virused!
