Default I need this resolved

so i've got the crap exhaust with the 2 pre-cats with the 4 O2 sensors. Obviously with 2 pre-cats and then an additional its going to cut down on power. Plus its just a pain to have all that. What can i do get the most out of my exhaust with possibly eliminating some of that crap and still be able to pass NY State Inspection. 01 E/C 3.9 V6 Auto 2WD

i think it was common practice with the 2 precats... i have them and my truck is a jersey truck... the back pressure is great for the low end torque... one exhaust mod i did was the dynomax catback exhaust, single in dual out, cant complain about it at all

I have no torque. lol. I can run faster than it'll move. ^^^^^Do you think that other Cat is needed? I mean, there are no O2 sensors going to it and i haven't had the CEL come on for that since i took it out. I just need to get this thing inspected like last month and the exhaust sounds like crap so i need it fixed but need to know if i need to put anything back.

honestly, id leave all the factory equipment cat and before to the headers cause of emission testing, i dont know how strict it is by you but where i live in pa, as long as i have a pipe from the engine exiting behind the cab, im good
