Default Front Driver Wheel Squeak

Hey all. When I am driving and my truck has warmed up there is a loud sqeak from my front driver side wheel when I make left hand turns, but nothing on right hand turns. The sharper and faster the turn the louder the squeak becomes. Any Ideas?
Thanks

I checked the bearings already and nothing was loose or dry so I'll check the brake heat shield
Thanks
