The floor board could be a bad heater core.

If not the heater core, I would check the weatherstripping on the passenger window(s)

As for the back seat,if you have a sliding back window, they're notorious on Dodge trucks for the weatherstripping going bad and causing to leak.

Hope this helps.

Here's some info for you, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heater_core

I would smell it first, if it doesn't smell like antifreeze, it most likely isn't the heater core. It could just be your weatherstripping needs to be replaced.

It's been awhile, but I think it is located under the glovebox of the truck.

I found this in the DIY section, if in fact it is your Heater Core..

If it smells like coolant, then your heater core is leaking. If it doesn't have an odor than your A/C condesnation line is either plugged, or has been pulled into the cab. Pull up the carpeting on your passenger's side and make sure the hose is running out through the floor or firewall.

soom of the A/C drains are located on the engine side of the firewall
